Buyers choose the company that answers their questions.

A buyer may be comparing approaches, checking implementation risk, or looking for a reason to trust a claim. More broad content leaves those questions open. We start with the decisions buyers are trying to make, then look for the gaps in what they can find.

  • “Which approach fits our needs, and what are the trade-offs?”

    Asked while comparing options

  • “What would implementation require from us?”

    Asked while scoping the work

  • “Can the company back up its claims?”

    Asked before trusting the answer

How a buyer question becomes work

We agree the scope after reviewing your market, site, available data, and review process.

  1. Step 1

    Find the unanswered questions

We map the decisions buyers need to make and where your current answers fall short. We also mark assumptions we cannot yet check, so the next step is based on a real gap.

  2. Step 2

    Choose what to improve

The findings may point to a technical fix, a clearer existing page, or new expert-led material. Substantive content starts with a brief and first-hand input from someone who knows the product, then follows your review process.

  3. Step 3

    Report what changed

We separate completed work from observed changes in search or AI answers. When commercial outcome data is available, we examine it separately. Each review sets the next priority.

Know what to change, and why.

The initial analysis brings together the buying questions worth addressing, the evidence behind each priority, and the next action we recommend. It also records what remains unknown: missing access, technical constraints, or claims that need expert review. Implementation is scoped from those findings, with no preset page quota.

An example:

A buyer asks, “Will this work with our current setup?”

We check your existing pages, available search evidence, competing answers, and what your experts can substantiate.

What may follow is a clearer answer on the site, a technical fix, or a decision that no new page is needed.

Every recommendation points to a source.

Each priority points to an observation we can show you. If a source is unavailable, the gap stays visible. Where we interpret, we say so.

The same rule applies after work is published. Publishing a page is work done. A change in rankings or AI answers is a visibility result. Revenue impact needs its own data and an agreed way to attribute it.

Sources we can examine and what each is used for
SourceWhat we use it for
Search ConsoleQueries and pages already earning impressions
AnalyticsWhich pages lead to enquiries
Bing Webmaster ToolsBing queries and indexing
Site crawlTechnical issues and what each page says
Dated search resultsWho ranks for a buyer question, and when
Recorded AI-answer testsWhat assistants answer and which sources they cite
Founder or expert inputFirst-hand facts nobody else can supply

Inputs vary by client. A missing source is listed as a gap.

Show us where buyers get stuck.

Tell us who buys, the questions you hear, and where your site leaves those questions open. It helps to know what data is available and who can check product claims.

We review that context before proposing an analysis. Scope and timing follow the problem we find. We don’t quote a fixed article count or promise rankings in advance.

We don’t sell guaranteed rankings or AI citations, fixed volumes of generic content, or unsupported product or healthcare claims.
