This policy describes the Distributionize marketing site and agency inquiry process. It does not replace a client agreement or provider-specific notice.
Information we collect
We receive information you submit through the request form, such as your name, work contact details, company, and project context. Our hosting and form providers may process technical and usage data needed to deliver and protect their services.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, assess fit, deliver agreed services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not invent secondary purposes for sensitive client material.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Request forms are provided by Tally. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Additional providers used during a client engagement are documented in the applicable agreement or workflow.
Research and client data
We do not publish confidential client data as research without authorization. Public examples must be sourced, approved when required, and stripped of information that should remain confidential.
Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for the purpose collected, contracts, security, and legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending secrets, health records, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the public form.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. You may also decline optional communications.
